The present invention relates to a differential voltage amplifier. A part required for high accurate operation comprises a low voltage transistor so that a high voltage different is not applied. A part to which a high voltage different is applied comprises a high voltage transistor to stand a high voltage, thereby obtaining high accurate detection performance and durability against a high voltage.
