The present invention relates to a health monitoring pillow. According to the health monitoring pillow, the user may monitor condition of his health while using the pillow to take care of his or her health, or the condition of individual health may be monitored from the outside. The health monitoring pillow includes an input part receiving a command by a user to transmit command information to a control part; a temperature detection part detecting a temperature to transmit temperature information to the control part; a humidity detection part detecting humidity to transmit humidity information to the control part; a storage part storing information required to operate the device and operation information including the command information, the temperature information, and the humidity information; the control part analyzing the temperature information and the humidity information on the basis of the command information to generate a notification signal and controlling an operation of each constitution; and a notification part receiving the notification signal from the control part to perform a notification operation in the form of at least one of vision, hearing, and vibration. |
