PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting moving device for high lift work capable of easily reaching a considerably high position to safely perform requested work under almost no restrictions on use. SOLUTION: This lifting moving device for high lift work is provided with a moving support leg body comprising a guide casing formed of a square barrel body provided with a space from an installation base, provided with guide groove at an internal wall part and opened at the upper and lower ends, a plurality of elastic plate bodies integrated through the inside of the guide casing to form a prismatic body, and connecting pieces mounted to the elastic plate bodies at constant spaces to impart bearing power between the elastic plate bodies; winding drums supported on the installation base to wind the respective elastic plate bodies; a first driving means connected to each winding drum through a shaft to impart driving force for winding; a second driving means for imparting driving force for controlling the movement of the support leg body by the drive of the first driving means; and a control means for driving the first and second driving means in the on-off state.
