<p>PURPOSE: A side airbag seat for vehicles is provided to effectively prevent a seat cover and a seat pad from stretching since a guide tape is attached along the length of a seat. CONSTITUTION: A side airbag seat for vehicles comprises a front seat cover(110), a side seat cover(120), an airbag module(130) and a guide tape(240). A seat pad(210), in which the airbag module is installed, is surrounded by the front seat cover and the side seat cover. An air bag cushion is deployed through the connecting part(101) between the side seat cover and the front seat cover. The guide tape is formed on the side seat cover toward the connecting part along the length of a vehicle. The guide tape guides the deploying direction of the airbag cushion.</p> |
