<p>PURPOSE: A method and a device for performing inter prediction by using a neighboring pixel and a method and a device for an image encoding/decoding using the same are provided to reduce difference between a real block and a predetermined block. CONSTITUTION: A current motion vector is determined(S510). The reference block which is directed by a current motion vector is degenerated(S520). By using a current block adjacent pixel and a reference block adjacent, a motion compensating coefficient is calculated(S530). If reflecting a motion compensating coefficient to a reference block, a changed reference block is generated(S540). The changed reference block is determined as a predicted block of a current block(S580).</p> |
