The present invention relates to a device of manufacturing a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste. The device of manufacturing the toothbrush is configured to comprise a conveyer device which is composed of two rotation gears, a motor, and a chain, wherein the chain consists of an upper chain portion and a lower chain portion; a moving plate which moves along with the chain; a fixed holder which is fixed to the upper part of the moving plate; a toothpaste applying device which is configured to apply toothpaste to a toothbrush head of the toothbrush; an UV sterilization chamber which comprises an UV lamp installed inside for the ultraviolet sterilization of the toothbrush moving along the chain; an infrared sterilization chamber which comprises an infrared lamp installed inside for the infrared sterilization of the toothbrush moving along the chain; and a toothbrush discharge device which separate the toothbrush from the fixed holder by sliding a head part of the toothbrush in order to move the toothbrush to a fixed subsequent. |
