TONER CLEANING WEB WITH EXCELLENT DIMENSIONAL STABILITY TO HEAT AND EXCELLENT WIPING ABILITY

A toner cleaning web which has the excellent dimensional stability to heat and excellent wiping properties, and does not damage the surface of an installation roll even being used for a long time is characterized by forming an aramid nano web of micro porous material through electrospinning on a non-woven fabric base material having an aramid fiber and a low-melting point polyester fiber mixed. The toner cleaning web has excellent wiping properties and causes almost none of damages on the surface of an installation roller even being used for a long time by forming a nano web by electrospinning a metharamid spinning solution (dope) on a non-woven fabric base material having a metharamide fiber which is an insulation fiber and a low melting point polyester fiber as a binder fiber mixed to increase the dimensional stability to heat.
