<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of atmospheric gas for carburization capable of producing safely and stably gas for carburization containing a high concentration of carbon monoxide suitable as gas for high-temperature rapid carburization by suppressing generation of soot.SOLUTION: In a production method of atmospheric gas for carburization, which is a method for producing the atmospheric gas for carburization containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen used for carburization treatment by a combustion reaction of hydrocarbon gas and combustion supporting gas, hydrocarbon gas and oxygen gas are introduced into a combustion chamber, while forming a swirling flow, and the hydrocarbon and oxygen are burned as a swirling flow flame in the combustion chamber, to thereby produce mixed gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen used as the gas for carburization.</p> |
