<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise a method for largely shortening an evacuation time, since a moving distance up to an evacuation facility is very long for an aged person, a child and a disabled person therefore, since 20 thousands or more persons are lost without completing evacuation by the East Japan earthquake disaster.SOLUTION: A shelter unit (1) of underground Tsunami evacuation is installed by connecting escape tube stairs 13 and an escape entrance 3 equipped with a watertight door (32) to be connected to a central shelter (4) and a public shelter (8) buried underground from a reinforced concrete penthouse (5) projecting on the ground.</p> |
