A method and device for driving a liquid crystal pixel unit and a liquid crystal display device belonging to the technical field of liquid crystal display, can solve the problem of unsatisfactory display effect in an existing liquid crystal pixel unit. The liquid crystal pixel unit comprises a first pixel electrode (11), a second pixel electrode (12) and a first sharing capacitor (CS1); the method for driving the liquid crystal pixel unit comprises: providing charging conducting signals, thus the first pixel electrode (11) and the second pixel electrode (12) are charged to an equal voltage by data signals; after the charging conducting signals are finished, providing sharing conducting signals at a first time interval (&Dgr;t), thus the first sharing capacitor (CS1) is conducted with the first pixel electrode (11) to change the voltage of the first pixel electrode (11); the first time (&Dgr;t) being greater than or equal to 1/10 of a display period and smaller than or equal to 3/4 of the display period. The method for driving the liquid crystal pixel unit is suitable for a liquid crystal display device of a VA mode, and especially for a liquid crystal display device of a CS-SPVA mode. |
