<p>Provided are a base station device, a wireless communication system, an inter-cell interference control method, and a program, whereby it is possible to improve user throughput and cell throughput by reducing inter-cell interference. A base station device according to the present invention communicates wirelessly with a user terminal which is present in its cell, said base station device comprising: an estimation unit which estimates an intermittent transmission pattern of an adjacent cell to the cell on the basis of feedback information received from the user terminal; and a scheduling unit which carries out a scheduling of the user terminal on the basis of the estimated intermittent transmission pattern.</p> |
