PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow transmission/reception of high frequency signal in a semiconductor device.SOLUTION: At QFP5, an antenna (frame body) 1b is supported with three suspension leads, and further, the antenna 1b is arranged in such a manner as to be line symmetry about a first virtual diagonal 3k in top view of a sealing body 3. And further, a third suspension lead 1f among the three suspension leads is arranged on the first virtual diagonal 3k. Thus, a discontinuous point of signal wave at the antenna 1b can be reduced, which allows transmission/reception of high frequency signal of 5Gbps class at the QFP5. |
