<p>The present invention addresses the problem of making a user more aware of his health and more motivated in improving his lifestyle. A server device (30) extracts data recorded in the most recent time period (T1) from multiple types of data pertaining to a user in a database device (50) and obtains a moving average value for each type. Then, the server device analyzes the moving averages in accordance with a predetermined algorithm to obtain balance parameters indicating the health of the user by evaluation levels for five types of evaluation items, which are endurance, anti-aging, beauty, consciousness, and persistence, and causes a user terminal (10) to display a radar chart thereof as a physical balance screen.</p> |
