Provided is a vehicle body front section structure for a vehicle (1) having a floor tunnel (4), wherein the structure is configured so that the entirety of the structure from the vehicle outer side along a tip edge line section of a tip section of the floor tunnel, to base sections (7a) of floor tunnel members (7) disposed in the vehicle front-rear direction from the vehicle top of the edge line section is covered with a U-shaped member (8).
