PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual transmission capable of cancelling a moment load generated on a shift and select assembly to suppress vibration of a shift lever during select operation.SOLUTION: An input side arm 19 is connected to a shift lever, and an output side arm 20 is connected to a shift and select shaft 12. A bell crank 18 is equipped to be rotated by select operation of the shift lever and axially move the shift and select shaft. A balance mass 24 is attached to the bell crank via a balance mass arm 23 for generating a moment load in a direction of cancelling a moment load generated on a shift and select assembly by vibrations of an engine and a transmission case. |
