<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method at the time of a print server failure, by which a server load in a print system is distributed and thereby a running print job can be surely executed.SOLUTION: A print server stores, when receiving a failure notification of another print server from a monitoring server, information thereof as recovery information in a DB server. Thereby, even when a failure occurs in the print server currently performing recovery processing, the recovery processing in progress is taken over by a third print server and the job execution, as a cloud print service, can be continued.</p> |
