<p>A computer-implemented method for estimating a value for a real property location is provided. The method includes receiving merchant location data for at least one merchant at the computing device, the merchant location data including data identifying a real property location where the at least one merchant is located, receiving historical transaction data associated with the at least one merchant at the computing device, receiving an evaluation request message at the computing device, the evaluation request message including data identifying the at least one merchant, determining a merchant cash flow for the at least one identified merchant based at least on the historical transaction data and a scaling factor, and determining an estimate of the value of the real property location, based at least on the merchant cash flow, the merchant location data, and the historical transaction data.</p> |
