PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance apparatus and a conveyance rotor which are capable of conveying only a workpiece having a correct posture.SOLUTION: A chip component conveyance apparatus 10 has: a conveyance rotor 16 having cavity parts 22 penetrating from a first principal surface 16a to a second principal surface 16b; and a first conveyance base 14 which is arranged on a first principal surface 16a side of the conveyance rotor 16, and is equipped with suction mechanism that covers the cavity parts 22 and brings the inside of the cavity parts to negative pressure. The conveyance apparatus has suction force weakening mechanisms 42 communicating with the cavity parts 22 on the second principal surface 16b of the conveyance rotor 16, and the suction force weakening mechanisms weaken suction force in a region where the suction force weakening mechanisms are formed when a conveyed workpiece is not correctly housed in the cavity parts. |
