PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation revolution type agitation defoaming device in which whole body of a matter to be mixed is mixed by acting precession (rotation in a yawing state) around a rotation central axis in addition double centrifugal force by rotation and revolution, in which a rotation rotating plate can rotate at high speed, and even a matter to be mixed having high viscosity can be handled.SOLUTION: A rotation axis B is parallel to a revolution axis A in a vertical direction, and a rotation rotating body 2 is supported to a revolution rotating body 1 and forms a syringe container fitting space 73 formed below the rotation rotating body 2 and formed by hollow bearings 72, 72 disposed on the vertical direction.
