PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester resin composition pellet, more improved in mechanical properties than conventional fiber-reinforced polyester resins, and allowing use as cases of cell phones and parts for copying machines. SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester resin composition pellet contains 100 pts.mass of an aliphatic polyester resin and 10 to 100 pts.mass of a vinylon fiber, wherein the contained vinylon fiber is surface treated with a rosin-based resin, a terpene-based resin or a dimmer acid derivative resin.
