<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component and radio communication medium capable of simplifying a mounting process with respect to a substrate, improving yield, reducing manufacturing costs, and increasing the reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication medium has an LSI 4 which is electrically connected to lands 8a and 8b as connection terminals of an antenna coil. A bump 10a on the side of the LSI 4 to be connected to the land 8a of the antenna coil and a bump 10c at the diagonal position are conducted, whereas a bump 10b to be connected to the land 8b and a bump 10d at the diagonal position are conducted. Thus, the LSI 4 can be connected to the antenna coil at four rotation positions where the LSI 4 is rotated by 90 degrees each time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
