PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing an occurrence of crease and breakage of a sheet while preventing a skew of a sheet conveyed through a conveying path. SOLUTION: A conveying device includes: a curved path 66 formed of an inside guide surface 19A and an outside guide surface 17A where a sheet is guided curved along a conveying direction; a shaft 70 arranged in a position more distant from the inside guide surface 19A than from the outside guide surface 17A in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction and a right-left direction 9 on the outside guide surface 17A side relative to the curved path 66; a conveying roller 56 disposed on a central side of the right-left direction 9 of the shaft 70 in a manner to be rotatable integrally with the shaft 70; a pinch roller 57 arranged on the inside guide surface 19A side relative to the curved path 66 that can convey the sheet, sandwiching the sheet within the gap from the conveying roller 56, and a sheet guide member 73 provided to the shaft 70 on both end sides of the right-left direction 9 of the curved path 66 that has a sheet guide surface 74 closer to the inside guide surface 19A than to the shaft 70.
