<p>PURPOSE: A knurling roller and a device thereof, a method for manufacturing a web roll, and a polymer film are provided to distribute even force on a polymer film by each knurling tooth and get rid of the phenomenon of tension concentration, thereby preventing a recess part or a convex part from cracking or being torn. CONSTITUTION: A knurling roller comprises a roller body, multiple knurling teeth rows (41), a unit for changing the density of knurling teeth, and a marker. A predetermined number of knurling teeth (40) are arranged in the direction of the shaft of the roller body. Multiple knurling teeth rows are arranged in the peripheral direction of the roller body with a same pitch. A mark for the direction of the heading of a web indicates the direction where the web heads when the web is manufactured.
