1. A communication sheet comprising:
a dielectric layer including a dielectric substrate; a first conductor layer that is a conductor layer including a mesh sheet-like mesh conductor disposed on one surface of the dielectric substrate, wherein an opening region from where the mesh conductor is removed is formed; and a second conductor layer that is a conductor layer including a sheet-like sheet conductor disposed on another surface of the dielectric substrate opposite to the first conductor layer, wherein the sheet conductor in a region opposite to the opening region from where the mesh conductor is removed is not removed, wherein the dielectric substrate is a substantially rectangular sheet-like substrate, a length in a short-side direction of the dielectric substrate is not less than ⅓ and not greater than ½ of an effective wavelength of an electromagnetic wave for communication that travels through the dielectric layer, as the opening region provided in the first conductor layer, an opening region is provided in a center in the short-side direction of the dielectric substrate, the opening region having a substantially rectangular shape whose length in a short-side direction is not less than 1/20 and not greater than ⅖ of the length in the short-side direction of the dielectric substrate, and the opening region is not penetrating from the first conductor layer to the second conductor layer. |
