<p>The present invention relates to a reducer of an electronic power assistance steering apparatus. The present invention of the reducer of the electronic power assistance steering apparatus comprises: a worm axis engaged with a worm wheel; a first housing to surround the worm axis formed with a first seating surface in an opened lower side where the worm wheel is engaged; a second housing to surround the worm axis formed with a second seating surface in an upper side to touch the first seating surface; and a first elastic member disposed between the first seating surface and the second seating surface. According to the invention, an interval due to the abrasion of the worm axis and the worm wheel can be prevented; the generation of a rattle noise caused by a backlash can be prevented; and the steering wheel operation power of an operator is accurately assisted by minimizing the amount of internal change in accordance to the change of the swing torque.</p> |
