PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting a rotating motion when a crankshaft is rotated by a servo motor in a press, and the press.SOLUTION: A rotating motion of a crankshaft is created by setting an approach speed V0 from starting descent of a slide of a press from a rising stop position P0 to a machining start position P1 of starting machining of a work in a number of maximum strokes of the press, precedently setting a first machining speed V1 from the machining start position to a molding position P2 and a second machining speed V2 from the molding position to a molding end position P3 per material of the work, setting a machining start position and a molding position by referring to a product height, thickness of the work to be machined, and selecting a first machining speed between a set machining start position and a set molding position and a second machining speed V2 from the set molding position to a molding end position, from first machining speeds and second machining speeds set beforehand in correspondence to materials of the work in response to the materials of the work. |
