<p>A tool holder assembly having a tool holder and a cutting tool. The cutting tool has a stepped shank that is matingly received within the lower end of the tool holder. The stepped shank is separated into distinct sections, including: a wedging section having conical mating surfaces, a drive section having polygonal cross-sections, and a cylindrical anti-tipping section.
