<p>The present invention relates to a loop antenna for an RFID reader which forms an antenna pattern to lower the reactance value (the imaginary value) of the antenna impedance, thereby increasing the recognition distance. The loop antenna includes: a dielectric substrate; a first antenna pattern formed on the front surface of the dielectric substrate; and a second antenna pattern formed on the rear surface of the dielectric substrate. The second antenna pattern includes an impedance adjusting unit to adjust the antenna impedance and increases the capacitance value to lower the reactance value (the imaginary value) of the antenna impedance. The present invention enables the optical impedance matching and increases the recognition distance by increasing the radiation power.</p> |
