The present invention relates to a skin irritation resistant cosmetic composition including an aloe extract, a Magnolia denudata Desrousseaux extract, and a peppermint extract as active ingredients. The skin irritation resistant cosmetic composition includes the aloe extract, Magnolia denudata Desrousseaux extract, and peppermint extract at a weight ratio of 1:1:1. The skin irritation resistant cosmetic composition decreases the generation of COX-2 and eotaxin-1, activates a cold sensor, and increases a moisturizing change rate of skin so that inflammatory skin diseases can be alleviated or treated. Moreover, the cosmetic composition blocks moisture loss of damaged skin or alleviates erythema and exhibits an effect in refreshing skin. Accordingly, if the cosmetic composition is used as an external application agent, skin damaged by external irritation can be soothed. In addition, the cosmetic composition does not have cell toxicity and skin side effects so as to be stably applied to a cosmetic composition.
