PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice processing device capable of improving understanding with respect to input voice of a user while reducing a processing load of voice processing.SOLUTION: A voice processing device includes: an acquisition unit acquiring input voice; a detection unit detecting a vowel section contained in the input voice; an accent section estimation unit estimating an accent section contained in the input voice; a vowel section length calculation unit calculating a first vowel section length contained in the accent section or a second vowel section length other than the accent section; and a control unit controlling the first vowel section length or the second vowel section length.
