PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply member capable of excellently performing plating for a long period.SOLUTION: A second power supply member 30 contacts with, and applies a negative voltage to, an object to be plated which is arranged in the state of forming a space between the object and an anode 10 where a plating solution flows. The second power supply member comprises: a copper central member 31; and a titanium coated member 32 which is arranged around the copper central member 31 and which coats a portion in contact with at least the plating solution.
