<p>The present invention relates to a layered perovskite material produced by an electrochemical intercalation technique and to a method for producing the same. The layered perovskite material of the present invention is produced through an electrochemical intercalation technique and has one of the following formulas: (1) AB_xLnTiO_4 (a first material), (2) A_2B_(2x)Ln_2Ti_3O_10 (a second material), and (3) AB_(2x)Ln_2Ti_2TaO_10 (a third material). Here, A is an alkali element, B is an alkali metal element, an alkali earth metal element, a transition metal element, or a rare-earth element, Ln is Y or a rare-earth element, and 0<x<=1. By means of the present invention, the composition of a material is controlled so that a change in properties according to a change in a composition can be monitored, and the properties of an ingredient can be ultimately controlled using electrical signals. Accordingly, when a multilayer film device using a solid electrolyte is produced using the ingredient according to the present invention, the quantity of an applied voltage and a current is adjusted so that the device can be applied to various kinds of microdevices such as a recording medium, a logic device, a light-emitting device, and a catalyst.</p> |
