<p>PURPOSE: An authentication code based payment method using a mobile terminal is provided to simply perform user authentication by using a mobile terminal of a client, thereby a payment mediation agency directly make a contract with a member store. CONSTITUTION: A payment mediation server receives an authentication code which a mobile terminal generates from the mobile terminal of a client(S202). The payment mediation server receives one or more pieces of information among payment means information stored in the mobile terminal. The payment mediation server receives the authentication code and basic payment information from a member store terminal(S204). The payment mediation server compares the authentication code received from the member store terminal and the authentication code received from the mobile terminal of the client.
