<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for objectively indicating an interval to be targeted so as to achieve a target. <P>SOLUTION: A current location of a vehicle itself and a map around the current location are displayed in a display part. A current evaluation which is an evaluation of a low fuel consumption degree in the current travelling of the vehicle is acquired for each unit interval. A past evaluation which is an evaluation of a low fuel consumption degree in a past travelling before the current travelling is acquired for each unit interval. A difficulty degree of achieving a target value of the low fuel consumption degree set on the basis of the actual performance of the low fuel consumption degree in the case of multiple vehicles traveling through the unit interval is acquired for each unit interval.
