PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device inspection method capable of shortening an inspection time in confirmation inspection of an excessive temperature protection function of an inverter device.SOLUTION: An inverter device inspection method confirms operation of excessive temperature detection means 6 provided to each of switching elements 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 of a three-phase inverter 1 and configured to determine whether or not the temperature of each switching element reaches a predetermined limit temperature. Here, inductors 5a-5c serve as loads on the switching elements, and the switching elements on the upper arm of one of the three phases and on the lower arm of one of the remaining two of the three phases are made to perform switching until the excessive temperature detection means operates. |
