<p>PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling video call handover of a mobile communication terminal are provided to control a video call to be blocked according to setting of a video call blocking function, thereby preventing leakage of confidential facts due to carelessness. CONSTITUTION: A wireless link setup request is transmitted from an SRNC(Serving Radio Network Controller)(600). It is determined whether a call kind of a handover request terminal is a video call(602). The terminal determines setting of a video call blocking function in the second base station(604). If the video call blocking function is set in the second base station, a wireless link setting failure message is transmitted to the SRNC(606). A wireless link setup response is transmitted to the SRNC(608). The SRNC commands handover execution to the terminal(610).</p> |
