<p>The present invention relates to a solid state drive structure and, more specifically, to a solid state drive structure capable of minimizing a size and securing a space for a signal line by forming a solid state drive (SSD) in which flash memory chips are vertically laminated and capable of minimizing costs for electromagnetic shield by covering a printed circuit board with a plastic shielding cover in which a conductive material is coated. The solid state drive structure comprises the printed circuit board and the plastic shielding cover. The printed circuit board, where a plurality of flash memory chips are laminated on one side of an upper part and a controller and passive devices are mounted on the other side of the upper part, has a conformal coating layer on the upper part for protecting the flash memory chips, the controller, and the passive devices. The plastic shielding cover is positioned on the edge of the upper part of the printed circuit board and is arranged by covering the conformal coating layer.</p> |
