摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a controlling method for photoluminescence properties of transition metal chalcogenide with a two dimensional structure comprising: a step of manufacturing molybdenum chalcogenide intercalation compounds in which alkali metal or alkali earth metal ions are inserted between layers by mixing at least one alkali metal salt or alkali earth metal salt selected from organic carboxylate, alkoxy salt, oxalate, phenoxy salt, organic sulfonate, organophosphate, sulfonic acid salt, phosphate and carbonate of alkali metal or alkali earth metal with molybdenum chalcogenide and performing heating; a step of manufacturing molybdenum chalcogenide surface-treated with the alkali metal salt or alkali earth metal salt by being flaked by removing inserted alkali metal or alkali earth metal ions from molybdenum chalcogenide in which the alkali metal or alkali earth metal ions are inserted between layers; and a step of dispersing the flaked molybdenum chalcogenide in an aqueous solution in which pH is controlled.</p>
