The present invention provides a method and a device for processing carrier aggregation (CA), which relates to the technical field of wireless communications. The method comprises the following steps: (101) determining a second cell according to a public land mobile network identity (PLMN ID) used by a CA user equipment (UE) in a first cell and a frequency channel number supported by the CA UE, the first cell being a cell currently accessed by the CA UE, a second PLMN ID supported by the second cell and the first PLMN ID used by the CA UE in the first cell can be used to perform carrier aggregation, and a frequency channel number used by the second cell being a frequency channel number capable of being supported by the CA UE; and (102) sending CA measurement control information to the CA UE or configuring a CA cell to the CA UE according to the determined second cell. By using the present invention, CA can be processed in a network sharing scenario. |
