A packaging substrate (1) used for packaging an OLED device (21), an OLED display panel, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The packaging substrate (1) comprises a first substrate (14) and a drying agent layer (15) disposed on the first substrate (14). The drying agent layer (15) comprises drying agent particles (13) and an adhesive layer (12) used for fixing the drying agent particles (13). The OLED display panel comprises the packaging substrate (1), and also comprises an array substrate (2). The array substrate (2) comprises the OLED device (21). The array substrate (2) and the packaging substrate (1) are disposed opposite thereto to obtain the OLED display panel. The method for manufacturing the OLED display panel comprises: forming a drying agent layer (15) on a first substrate (14) to prepare a packaging substrate (1), and forming an OLED device (21) on a second substrate (20) to prepare an array substrate (2); and disposing the array substrate (2) and the packaging substrate (1) opposite thereto. The display apparatus comprises the OLED display panel.
