摘要 <p>The present invention provides a PRACH (Physical Random Access Channel) resource allocation method, device and system for an LTE (Long Term Evolution) system. A matched cycle of PRACH resources is determined according to the current access load of a cell; in the event of learning that the cycle is larger than the maximal cycle of the PRACH resources in the current system, PRACH protocol parameters are determined on the basis of a system-allocated leading format, a sub-frame number corresponding to the PRACH resources and an available cycle of the PRACH resources in the current system, and then are sent to user terminals; the number of a radio frame where the PRACH resources are located is determined using a preconfigured mapping relation according to the matched cycle of the PRACH resources, so that while random access is initiated by the user terminals according to the PRACH protocol parameters, an eNodeB (evolved NodeB) allocates the PRACH resources to the user terminals according to the number of the radio frame where the PRACH resources are located and the sub-frame number corresponding to the PRACH resources, with the aim of enabling the user terminals to achieve random access. Achieved in the present invention is the purpose that, the eNodeB can allocate the appropriate PRACH resources according to the actual access load to avoid a waste of the PRACH resources.</p>
