<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a prolamin-based oral film for protecting activity of antioxidants and, more particularly, to a method for preparing an oral film comprising the steps of: (a) preparing an alcohol solution including prolamin, glycerol formal, and antioxidants; and (b) evaporating a solvent under the reduced pressure condition at the temperature of 0 to 80°C. According to the preparation method of the present invention, an oral film, in which an activity of an antioxidant is maintained in a high level, can be prepared. Particularly, the activity of the antioxidant included in the film is maintained in a high level under the extreme condition of gastrointestine and small intestine, and thus the film has high industrial availability.</p> |
