摘要 The present invention relates to a method for evaluating auto part coating corrosion and, more particularly, to a method for evaluating coating corrosion by which the reliability of coating corrosion evaluation that is carried out in a laboratory can be ensured. The present invention includes a) a step of preparing real vehicle samples allowing for traveling distances by collecting samples from auto parts used in traveling of various distances; b) a step of measuring the coating corrosion of the real vehicle samples through quantitative analysis; c) a step of preparing a coating corrosion graph allowing for the traveling distances by using the coating corrosion measurement results of the real vehicle sample; d) a step of carrying out a cyclic corrosion test after producing a specimen coated under the same conditions as a real vehicle and preparing a coating corrosion graph of the cyclic corrosion test cycle through the quantitative analysis of the coating corrosion; and e) a step of matching the graph of step c) with the graph of step d) with reference to the coating corrosion to match the number of cyclic corrosion test cycle repetitions with the traveling distance.
