The present invention relates to a polycarbonate resin composition, which is reinforced by a hybrid of two fibers of a flat type glass fiber whose aspect ratio of a cross section is bigger and a carbon fiber whose specific gravity is low and strength is strong, thereby improving strength and liquidity compared with an existing polycarbonate resin with reinforced glass fibers. In the present invention, the polycarbonate resin composition has an excellent impact strength, heat resistance, electrical property and flame retardancy by using a phosphorous-based flame retardancy and inorganic materials.
