PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device for a vehicular transmission, for preventing the supply of oil disproportionately to a partial region of a lubricated part when a vehicle is inclined. ! SOLUTION: An oil supply device 15 for the transmission includes an oil gutter 17 to be mounted below the ceiling surface of a transmission case, the oil gutter 17 having an oil introduction part 27, an oil reservoir part 28 and a tubular body 29, the tubular body 29 being formed with an oil supply passage, a communication hole 38, discharge holes 39, 40 and opening parts, and a movable body 49 arranged in the oil supply passage between the pair of opening parts, and adapted to move to the side of one opening part where its vertical height position is lower, out of the pair of opening parts, to close a partial region of one opening part, when the vehicle is inclined. !
