The present invention refers to a method and plant for tobacco leaves treatment for cut tobacco production for smokable products, in which straw stems or fine dust, on one hand, and tobacco leaves lamine material, on the other, are separately conditioned from one another. Conditioned stems, unrolled are previously cut and conditioned straw fine dust is rolled and they are respectively mixed in individual fashion or also jointly with conditioned and uncut lamine material; resulting mixture is cut and dried afterwards.
