PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell in which distributivity for uniformly distributing a fluid flowing in from the outside to fuel cells is made compatible with a discharge property for satisfactorily discharging produced water to the outside.SOLUTION: A fuel cell 100 comprises a frame member 15 of an MEA 11, a separator assembly 12 and a collector plate 16. A first insertion member 31 is inserted into a cathode gas supply manifold 35 of an end plate 25, and a second insertion member 32 is inserted into a cathode gas exhaust manifold 36. A sectional area is changed by the first insertion member in such a manner that a primary differentiation value of the sectional area from one end to another end in a direction of lamination becomes negative and a secondary differentiation value becomes positive. The sectional area is changed by the second insertion member 32 in such a manner that the primary differentiation value of the sectional area from one end to the another end in the direction of lamination becomes negative and the secondary differentiation value becomes negative. |
