PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peak reduction device capable of simultaneously avoiding increase in a bit error rate and deviation of a spectrum mask by limiting interference to an information carrier and out-of-band leakage power with high accuracy for the unit of a sub carrier, respectively, in processing for reducing a generated instantaneous peak in a MISO and MIMO multicarrier transmission system for combining signals of a plurality of transmission systems.SOLUTION: An auxiliary carrier which can be allocated for peak reduction like an AC carrier being specified by ARIB STD-B33 is disposed similarly in all transmission systems, such that common peak reduction processing can be executed. Further, peak reduction processing is applied again to a result of combining signals of the systems to which phase rotation processing has been applied. |
