METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR QUICKLY EXTRACTING LITHIUM CARBONATE FROM SALINE LAKE WATER

Provided are a method and system for quickly extracting lithium carbonate from saline lake water, the method comprising: 1) transferring lithium-rich brine into a reduced-pressure evaporation crystallizer for reduced-pressure evaporation to enable lithium carbonate to be oversaturated and precipitated from the lithium-rich brine; 2) discharging the tail liquid, collecting the precipitate in the crystallizer, and baking the precipitate to obtain lithium carbonate crystals. The preparation process of the lithium-rich brine comprises: cooling saline lake brine to -40°C to -20°C, causing sodium and sylvine to be precipitated from the brine; and separating solids from the liquid to obtain the lithium-rich brine. The system comprises a reduced-pressure evaporation crystallizer, a vacuum-pumping apparatus, a brine preheating apparatus, and a brine cooling apparatus. The method and system are environmentally friendly, and can effectively extract lithium salt from saline lake brine.
