The present invention provides a method for adjusting the temperature of a planting medium. The method comprises: deploying a planting bed in the air, a filled planting medium contacting the planting bed in the air; and adjusting the temperature of the planting medium by means of the planting bed. The present invention also comprises a planting bed capable of promoting a root of a plant to absorb oxygen in the planting medium.
